Jonathan Michaud

I’m Jonathan Michaud, the attorney owner of Michaud Law, LLC, a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm. I represent individuals and families who have been injured by the negligence or other wrongful conduct of corporations, governmental entities, and individuals. I am licensed to practice in state and federal court in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. After law school I clerked for the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.

Before opening my firm, I worked as a defense attorney in personal injury and product liability litigation for fifteen years. This gives me a unique insight which many plaintiffs’ personal injury attorneys simply don’t have. I know how corporations, insurance companies, and their attorneys assess and defend cases because I used to do exactly that. I leverage this knowledge when addressing an injury pre-suit or, if necessary, after a civil action has been filed to maximize my clients’ recoveries.

Born and raised in England, Jonathan is a keen follower of international and club rugby, and a supporter of Leicester Tigers rugby club and Nottingham Forest football club. He lives with his wife and son in Somerville, Massachusetts.
