What I Do
I’m Jonathan Michaud, the attorney owner of Michaud Law LLC, a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm. I represent individuals and families in Massachusetts who have been injured by the negligence or other wrongful conduct of corporations, governmental entities, and individuals. I am licensed to practice in state and federal court in Massachusetts, and clerked for the Massachusetts Superior Court after law school.

Before opening Michaud Law LLC, I worked as a defense attorney in personal injury litigation for fifteen years. This gives me a unique insight which many plaintiffs’ personal injury attorneys simply don’t have. I only pursue what I believe to be meritorious and significant claims after a thorough investigation and assessment of the facts and circumstances of the incident which caused the injury. You will meet with me for the initial consultation, and if you decide to retain my services, I will be the person who works on your case from start to finish. I will provide you with the personal attention to detail and responsiveness that you deserve. Each case is unique and will be worked up to maximize your recovery. My firm also uses the latest case management software, which allows clients to remotely login to the client portal system from their own computer and check their case status.
